I had ordered the Empennage Kit on August 2nd, 2017… big moment! Added the Vans Practice Project-1 to the order – need something to build some rivetting confidence! It’s a while since Tim & I attended the LAA Metalwork Course. Also the Aero LED Tail Light for the Rudder.

Arrived on August 22nd on the back of a FEDEX lorry, 20 days after ordering.

No tail lift, and I was away at work. Coral did a great job cajoling the delivery chap into getting the box off the wagon and into the workshop!

First touch of a fledgling RV14 : )

Time to unpack…
